2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Agreement

The agreement is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

Payment is made at checkout via the payment methods shown.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. If an order is delayed, we'll let you know and you may cancel free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal

Natural stones vary in colour, pattern and size; small differences from the photos are part of their natural character. The meanings of stones and symbols described on our website come from tradition and folklore. They are shared as inspiration and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice. We make no claims about healing or guaranteed results.

8. Warranty & complaints

You have the statutory warranty rights under Dutch and EU law. Complaints can be sent to info@chapter9copenhagen.com; we respond within 14 days.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
